My favorite thing to do in the summer is to grill out.   Now, uh, but my favorite thing to grill out is corn.  I don’t know if you’ve done this before,  but, um, my favorite way to do it is to find fresh corn – not frozen corn that you can find in the winter, but fresh corn in the, um, husk. And whenever I see that the fresh corn is ready in the summer, I go and buy a big bushel of ‘em and bring ‘em home and put ‘em on the grill.

But before you do that, you need to make sure to soak  the corn. And you can do it for fifteen minutes, um, fifteen minutes would be the least amount of time I think I’d soak it, but you can soak it as long as you want, I guess, in order for it to get really moist.  And after you do that, you just set ‘em on the grill   and you turn ‘em a couple of times and they cook right up.

And don’t forget to eat ‘em with butter and salt and pepper.   It’s good.
